The front desk staff were very friendly they all had smiles every time we saw them. The rooms were very clean and the location was great! It was close to one of the malls and other restaurants. We only had some minor issues with one of the showers overflowing because the drain was clogged. They came and fixed it right away.🤣 The major issue we had was not having a way to get food ordered from the hotel. I do understand are stay was during Songkron so it maybe why, but it was a negative for us. We tried to order food from poolside as we were told we could, when we called they said it opened at 5:30pm. Then again we tried to order room service at 8:30pm and told it was closed when their menu said it closes at 9:30pm. Then again we downfall we had was not being able to order food from the Hotel. But other than that it was a decent place to stay. I would stay again, as it helps there are restaurants close by.
